Delete your data.

You can have your information removed from our systems at any time, including photos of your bathroom and any design concepts we generated. It takes one email, it costs nothing, and you do not need an account. This page tells you exactly how, what happens, and how long it takes.

The Whole Process

How do I delete my data from Precision Tiling MN?

Email [email protected] with the subject line DATA DELETION REQUEST, including the name, email address, and phone number you used with us. We confirm within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no cost and you do not need an account.

Send the request

Email [email protected] with DATA DELETION REQUEST in the subject line. Include:

Your name
The name you gave us when you contacted us or used the design tool.
Your email address
The address you used with us, which is how we locate your record.
Your phone number
If you gave us one. This helps us find every record connected to you.
What you want removed
Say “everything” for a full deletion, or name specific items such as photos only. Both are fine.

You can also call (855) 799-9606 and ask, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST or Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We will confirm the request in writing so you have a record of it.

Step By Step

What happens after I send the request?

We confirm your request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Most requests are finished within a week. We remove your contact record, your photos, your design concepts, and our correspondence, and we notify the service providers who store data on our behalf to do the same.

We confirm we received it

Within 2 business days you get a reply confirming the request and telling you what we found under your name and email. If we cannot locate a record we tell you that rather than leaving you waiting.

We verify it is you

We may ask you to confirm a detail only you would know, such as the address of the project or the date you contacted us. This exists to protect you, because without it anyone could delete your records by knowing your email address.

We delete it

Your contact record, uploaded photos, design concepts, project notes, and correspondence come out of our systems. We also instruct the service providers listed below to delete what they hold on our behalf.

We confirm it is done

You get a final email confirming the deletion is complete, listing what was removed and naming anything we are legally required to keep. No follow-up needed on your end.

Your contact record, any photos of your bathroom you uploaded, any inspiration images, your project description, any AI design concepts generated for you, your appointment history, and our email and text correspondence with you.

Contact record
Name, email, phone, address, city, and every custom field attached to you in our CRM.
Bathroom photos
Every image of your existing bathroom you uploaded, removed from storage.
Inspiration images
Anything you uploaded to show us the style you wanted.
Your description
The words you wrote describing the bathroom you want, and any preferences you selected.
AI design concepts
Every concept image generated for you, deleted from storage and from your contact record.
Appointments
Consultation bookings, reschedules, and cancellations.
Correspondence
Emails and text messages between us, apart from the deletion request itself, which we keep as proof we honored it.
Marketing data
You come off every list, and we keep only the minimum record needed to make sure you are not added back.

Where the deletion reaches

We use outside services to run the business, and a deletion request covers all of them. When you ask us to delete your information we remove it from our own systems and instruct each provider below to do the same.

Some providers keep backup copies for a short period as part of normal disaster-recovery practice. Those backups are not accessible for everyday use and cycle out on their own schedule, typically within 90 days.

Stated Plainly Rather Than Buried

Is there anything you cannot delete?

If we built a project for you, the law requires us to keep contracts, invoices, payment records, permits, and warranty documentation. Those are retained for the warranty period plus 7 years and are used only to meet those obligations. Everything else, including photos and marketing data, is deleted on request.

If you never became a client, none of this applies and we delete everything.

Signed contracts and change orders

Minnesota contractor and contract law requires us to retain the agreements you signed. These prove what was agreed and protect both sides if a question ever arises.

Invoices and payment records

Tax law requires us to keep financial records. We cannot delete these, and no business honestly can.

Permits and inspection records

Permits filed with your city become part of the public record for your property. Those live with the municipality rather than with us, and we keep our copy alongside the project file.

Warranty documentation

Your 1-year written workmanship warranty needs a record of what was built and when. Deleting it would remove your ability to make a claim, which serves nobody. Ask us to delete it anyway and we will, once the warranty period has ended.

You may not need a full deletion

Deletion is permanent, so it is worth knowing the smaller options first. Any of these can be requested the same way, by email or phone.

Stop the emails
Click unsubscribe in any email, or ask us. Your record stays, and the marketing stops.
Stop the texts
Reply STOP to any message. Transactional messages about a build already underway continue unless you ask us to stop those too.
Delete only the photos
Common request. We remove the images and concepts and keep your contact record so we can still help with the project.
See what we hold
Ask and we will send you a copy of everything attached to your name.
Correct something
Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it rather than delete it.

Your rights under Minnesota law

Minnesota residents have rights over their personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, and obtain a copy of it. We honor these requests from anyone who asks, regardless of where they live, because drawing a line based on someone’s address would be a strange way to treat people.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to contact the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.

Requests made through Facebook or Instagram

If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram ad or lead form and want that data removed, email us the same way. Include the email address you submitted through the form so we can match it. We will delete your record from our systems and from our advertising audiences.
