What we collect
When you contact us or book a consultation. Your name, phone number, email address, and the address where the work would happen. We also collect what you tell us about the project: the type of bathroom, your budget range, your timeline, and any notes you add.
When you use our bathroom design tool. Everything above, plus photographs you upload of your existing bathroom, any inspiration images you choose to upload, and the description you write of the bathroom you want.
When you browse the site. Standard technical information that arrives with any web request: IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the site or ad that sent you here. This comes through cookies and similar technologies described further down.
When you become a client. Project documents, selections, change orders, payment records, and photographs of the work in progress and when it is finished.

Design concepts generated by AI
Our bathroom design tool uses an artificial intelligence image service to generate concept images from your photos and your description. Those inputs are sent to the service to produce your concepts.
The concepts are illustrations of a style direction. They are not renderings of your actual bathroom, and the layout in a concept may not be buildable in your room, which depends on where your plumbing and framing sit. Shawn confirms that in person at your consultation. Every concept we show you is labeled as an AI concept for that reason.
How we use what we collect
Text messages
When you give us your phone number we may text you about your consultation or your project. Message and data rates may apply, and frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages about a project already underway, such as a schedule change on a build day.
Who we share information with
We share your information with companies that provide the technology and services we run the business on. Each one is bound to use it only for the work they do for us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other contractors or lead-generation companies. Your details do not get resold to 4 competitors the way they do on lead marketplaces.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, to understand how people use it, and to measure advertising. That includes the Meta pixel and Google analytics and advertising tags, which may be used to show you our ads on other websites after you visit.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and blocking some of them will affect how parts of the site behave. You can also limit ad personalization directly in your Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings.
How long we keep things
Your choices
See it. Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
Delete it. Ask us to remove your information and we will, apart from records we are legally required to keep, such as contracts and tax records for completed projects.
Stop hearing from us. Unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, or tell us directly.
Email [email protected] for any of these. We will respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so nobody can request your information by pretending to be you.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable service providers to protect what you give us. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
This site is intended for adults making decisions about their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use your information get posted prominently on the site.
