Dellwood carries generous primary suites from the 1980s and 1990s: big footprints, tall windows, and original baths that were the height of 1992, with platform garden tubs, cultured marble, and brass-framed glass. 30 years later those large rooms are the right canvas for spa-level work, because the square footage is already there and the money goes into finishes rather than into moving walls.
